Italian Bread Crumbs
Have some stale french bread? Easy!!
One loaf of stale french bread (dairy free..most are)
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of parsley flakes
1 tsp or oregano
Run through a food processor. I run it till it is almost like powder. If you want larger crumbs just run the processor in a few pulses. As you run the smallest crumb will go the bottom you may want process in batches if you want bigger bread crumbs. I place the remains in an airtight container.
