Click here— Found this amazing, Pad Thai recipe from the Clean Eating Couple. It is amazing!!! So perfect!! It is so hard to find recipes that actually work. I probably will only add one tbsp of rice wine vinegar next time because it has a strong flavor but it still is wonderful.
