Brussels Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts:
3 tbsp of olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
one bag of brussels sprouts
one slice of white onion
3 strips of bacon
tsp Salt or garlic salt
tsp Pepper
Ok I learned this just a few years ago. Sautee you garlic for only about 30secs otherwise it burns and makes it taste bitter. Just a little sauté makes the flavor better. SO, over medium heat, I sauté the veggies and bacon together first, till onion is transparent and brussels are wilted. I then add garlic for a sauté of 30secs as the last step. My hubby hates veggies and loves this. Add salt and pepper to your liking. I like garlic salt.
